US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has extended a message of congratulations to the Vietnamese Government and people on Vietnam’s National Day (September 2).

PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc asked the Vietnamese and Russian legislative bodies to enhance cooperation in the international arena while meeting with Speaker of Russia’s State Duma Sergei Naryshkin on May 17.
