Ho Chi Minh City on April 24 announced an international competition calling for planning ideas to develop a highly interactive and innovative urban area in the east of the city.

An international workshop was held in Ho Chi Minh City on April 12 to discuss the development of an “innovation urban area” in the southern metropolis.
