Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung affirmed
that the Vietnamese government and people will do their utmost to
further develop its strategic partnership with Russia to bring
practical benefits to both countries.
Outgoing Russian Ambassador to Vietnam,
Vadim Seraphimov, was awarded the Medal for Peace and Friendship among
Nations by the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organisation (VUFO) on July
14.
