Vietnamese Minister of National Defence Gen. Phan Van Giang held talks with Japanese Minister of Defence Kishi Nobuo in Tokyo on November 23, within the framework of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh’s official visit to Japan.
Ambassador Dang Dinh Quy has led a Vietnamese delegation to attend a ministerial meeting of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), calling on this movement to continue taking the lead in promoting the adherence to the United Nations Charter and international law.
