National science contests for school students are attracting more and more competitors every year, according to the Ministry of Education and Training’s Secondary Education Department.
The Ministry of Education and Training has proposed free tuition for all public elementary and secondary schools as “an appropriate mechanism” for universalising access to education in Vietnam.
The State Bank of Vietnam has instructed HDBank to provide banking services for the Second Upper Secondary Education Sector Development Programme funded by the Asian Development Bank.
