The National Assembly (NA)'s Committee for Culture and Education has submitted to the NA Standing Committee a report affirming that many voters, experts, scientists and teachers disagreed with a plan to make history a selective subject in senior high school curriculum.

Students at senior high schools in Hanoi will return to school from December 6 after a long period of online learning due to COVID-19 impacts.

Senior high schools in Hanoi will re-open on March 9, while schools at lower levels, which are preschool, elementary and junior high schools will remain closed until March 15.
