The Moscow Conference on International Security (MCIS) has been an important forum contributing to maintaining and promoting peace, stability and security in Asia-Pacific and the world, said Vietnamese Defence Minister General Ngo Xuan Lich.
The Albert del Rosario Institute on Strategic and International Studies (ADRI) held a conference themed “ASEAN Leadership amid a New World Order” at Shangri-La Hotel in Manila on November 8.
Participants at an international workshop in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa province, once again underscored the necessity of maintaining peace and stability in the East Sea.
