More than 800 children from southern ethnic minorities have enjoyed a
three-day cultural festival, the fifth of its kind in Ninh Thuan
province, since June 17.
The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) remains strong
commitments to addressing issues that children are facing, especially in
conflict situations, said Ambassador Nguyen Phuong Nga, Permanent
Representative of Vietnam to the United Nations.
