Ho Chi Minh City is developing its first special economic zone in the
south of the city, encompassing districts 7, Nha Be and part of Binh
Chanh and Can Gio with a focus on marine economy.
A Japanese tuna company has urged tuna fishermen in Vietnam’s central
Binh Dinh province to update their fishing techniques and facilities if
they are to export tuna to Japan.

country's largest inland container depot (ICD) in Duc Thuong commune,

Economic News reported, adding that while the sector’s inventories
decreased gradually the market for industrial products remained
difficult.
Industrial park developers are turning from long-term land leases to
added-value pre-fabricated factory construction for lease with areas of
about 2,000-3,000 square metres, the Vietnam Investment Review (VIR)
reported on March 4.
