A Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV)
delegation led by its External Affairs Commission’s Permanent Deputy
Head, Pham Xuan Son, attended a recent International Conference of
Asian Political Parties (ICAPP).
Australia will provide 13 million AUD
to the Mekong River Commission (MRC) to support better water resource
management in the Mekong River basin, said Minister for Foreign
Affairs Stephen Smith.
The Vietnamese and Thai Prime Ministers renewed their determination to further
deepen the already warm relations between the two countries and effectively
expand their wide-ranging cooperation in the coming time.
