Telefilm expo 2018 opens in HCM City
The sixth Vietnam International Exhibition on Film and Television Technology - Telefilm 2018, opened in Ho Chi Minh City on June 7.

The three-day Telefilm 2018 exhibition has attracted about 150 exhibitors and more than 3,000 film and television technology professionals from 15 countries and territories such as the UK, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, Philippines, India, Singapore, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Many well-known international communications and TV organisations are attending the exhibition, including Thailand’s JKN Global Media Public Company Limited, Taiwan Drama Production Industry Federation (TDPIF), Japan’s TBS, Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) and Media Corp Singapore.
The exhibition is displaying latest products, services and technologies used in film and television, including TV programmes and serials, broadcasting platforms, satellite television and internet television services, pre-production and post-production services, and broadcasting equipment and technologies.
Organised by Vietnam Television and the ADPEX Joint Stock Company, the Telefilm will offer investors and visitors opportunity to meet potential partners and access to up-to-date international film and television trends.
Several seminars will be held on the sidelines of the event, focusing on current television trends amid rapid digitalisation in the TV industry globally and in Vietnam specifically.-VNA
