Speaking at the ceremony in Hanoi on December 18, Hong highly valued the contribution made by the diplomat to strengthening and developing the two countries’ friendship and cooperation.
He thanked the Thai embassy and ambassador for their coordination in activities of the Vietnam-Thailand Friendship Association and the union as a whole.
Ambassador Anuson Chinvanno expressed his honour for receiving the noble award, and affirmed that in any position, he will continue contributing to expanding friendship between the two countries.-VNA
