It is highly likely that the meeting will be organised outside Bangkok , he said.

Yingluck made the last public appearance on February 18 and is due to attend a corruption hearing on February 27 in Bangkok .

In another development, Army Commander Prayuth Chan-ocha said in a televised address that the army has no plan to intervene in the political crisis in the country, calling on the government and protesters to attend peaceful dialogue.-VNA
