Thai Prime Minister and Head of the National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) General Prayuth Chan-ocha will pay an official visit to Myanmar on October 9-10 to discuss the issue of special economic zone in the Nam-Lum-Twai port.
According to Col. Sansern Kaewkamnerd, Deputy Spokesperson of the Prime Minister’s Office, the Premier, after visiting Myanmar , will travel to Milan , Italy on October 16-17 to attend the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM), an economic summit between the two regions.
The spokesperson added that the PM will take this opportunity to inform the international community of Thailand ’s political situation.-VNA
