Thailand’s 2015 GDP forecast to grow 2.8 percent
Thailand’s Kasikorn Research Centtre has forecast the country’s gross domestic product (GDP) will expand 2.8 percent this year and 3 percent in 2016.

The centre predicted Thailand’s 2015 export growth at minus 5 percent, revising down its previous projection of minus 1.7 percent. It cited the sluggish growth of China, a major trade partner.
The fourth quarter of this year mainly sees external risk factors, due to market volatility from the US Federal Reserve's decision not to hike its benchmark interest rate.-VNA
