Thanh Hoa’s resort complex to take shape by 2015

Once operational in the next 10 months, the 92.4 ha compound will have an 18-hole golf course, greenery, lakes, club houses, high-end hotels and villas on the premises.
Besides this 1.2 trillion VND (50 million USD) project, the home-grown FLC Group also poured nearly 4.3 trillion VND (200 million USD) into a five-star resort next to the golf course, and a cultural and tourism complex on Con Noi Island. The Con Noi facility is expected to become as well-known as Vinpearl resort in the central beach city of Nha Trang.
The investor will spend nearly 1 billion USD in Thanh Hoa in the next five years in the hope of turning it into the top tourist destination in the northern and northern central regions.-VNA
