Hai Phong has long been famous for its rich seafood dishes. But in recent years, clean sea duck has gradually become a specialty of the city. One of the first people who raised sea duck here was farmer Doan Van Vuon in Vinh Quang commune of Tien Lang district, Hai Phong.

The beginning was difficult because Mr. Vuong was one of the first people to raise sea ducks in Hai Phong. But with the determination to change methods of poultry raising and ambition to improve the quality of local products, Mr. Vuong's farm is now expanded to over 10.000 ducks from the starting point of only 100 ducks.

Mr. Vuon did not raise his ducks according to the traditional methods. Instead, he researched his special process of raising sea ducks.

After many years of development, Mr. Doan Van Vuon's brand of clean sea duck is increasingly expanding.
