On the morning of May 23, there was a “special ballot box” at Muong Thanh Hanoi Hotel (Tho Nhuom Street, Hanoi). This is a place where 67 foreigners are in quarantine and 4 Vietnamese are working as staff members.
According to regulations, the election team of the ward will bring a mobile ballot box to the hotel for 4 employees to exercise civil rights.
Here, members of the election team are fully prepared with protective equipment for epidemic prevention to conduct voting steps in accordance with regulations.
30 minutes before the voting time, the leader of the election team asks the election team members and medical staff to be present at the ballot location to review and prepare all documents for voters to cast their ballots as well as medical supplies for team members during the implementation at the place where the voters are in quarantine time.
The voting process also strictly follows the steps on epidemic prevention in accordance with regulations./.
