With total investment capital of 500 billion VND (25 million USD), the new plant has a design capacity of 3,200 tonnes per year, a four-fold and forty-fold increase in capacity compared with its second and first plants, respectively.
The plant will go into operation in the first quarter of 2013 and creating 600 domestic jobs./.
