Thua Thien-Hue to have int’l surgical hospital
Central Thua Thien-Hue province has licensed the Kim Nguyen Ltd. Co. to build an international surgical hospital in the former imperial city of Hue.
Central Thua Thien-Hue province has licensed the Kim Nguyen Ltd. Co. to build an international surgical hospital in the former imperial city of Hue.
Covering 7,053 sq.m. in Nam Vy Da area, the 100-bed hospital of hotel model will be built in the second quarter of this year at a cost of more than 96.5 billion VND.
The hospital is expected to be operational in the fourth quarter of 2012.
The project will enjoy the province’s preferential land policy and a corporate income tax rate of 10 percent throughout 50 years of operation.
It will also be exempted from the tax for four years from the time it generates taxable income and enjoy a reduction of 50 percent of payable tax amount in the subsequent five years./.
