Top legislator chairs rehearsal for APPF-26

The NA leader asked sub-committees to coordinate closely together in reviewing all preparation work and drawing lessons in dealing with any contingencies.
Along with contents of the meeting, the organising board should carefully prepare reception, logistics and communication activities, thus ensuring the success of the event, she said.
The APPF-26 will take place in Hanoi from January 18-21. This is the second time the Vietnamese NA has hosted the meeting after the APPF-13 in Ha Long city, the northern province of Quang Ninh in January 2005.
The hosting of the event shows the role and responsibility of the Vietnamese parliament in the APPF, while promoting the image of a legislature of reform, dynamism, activeness and responsibility.-VNA
