On January 3 alone, 61 traffic accidents killed 34 people and injured 38 others, according to the National Committee for Traffic Safety.
Also on the day, traffic police handled 4,726 traffic law violations, collecting a total of nearly 1.97 billion VND (90,500 USD) in fines and seizing 14 cars and 1,244 motorbikes.-VNA
