US Ambassador Marc E. Knapper: Proud of the US' heritage conservation project in Vietnam

During the past 20 years, 16 museums and monuments in Vietnam have been preserved and promoted thanks to the financial support of the AFCP.

On the occasion of Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day (November 23), the exhibition with the name "US Ambassador's Cultural Preservation Fund - Two Decades of Cooperation with Vietnam" took place at the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum.

The exhibition displayed images of cultural heritage conservation projects that got funded by the US Ambassador's Fund for Cultural Heritage Conservation (AFCP) in Vietnam, from 2001 to the present.

During the past 20 years, 16 museums and monuments in Vietnam have been preserved and promoted thanks to the financial support of the AFCP.

Such valuable assistance has contributed to tightening cultural exchanges and strengthening the friendship between the two countries./.
