Authorities in the northern province of Quang Ninh welcome Vietnamese nationals who return to Vietnam from European countries of France, the UK and Germany. Passengers on three flights from European countries land at Van Don international airport, Quang Ninh province on March 16. The passengers, including 158 Vietnamese nationals, return home from the UK, France and Germany on flights VN0054, VN0018 and VN0036. These are flights VN0054, taking off from London (United Kingdom) carrying 97 Vietnamese citizens; flight VN0018, taking off from Paris (France) carrying 43 Vietnamese citizens; and flight VN0036, taking off from Frankfurt (Germany) carrying 18 Vietnamese and one foreign passenger. However, late at night, the company said that after reviewing and summarising the requirements, aspirations, and on the basis of working with the authorities, Vietnam Airlines decided to transport passengers who satisfy immigration and medical conditions to Vietnam on its flights departing from these destinations starting from March 15.
