VFF leader visits Hoa Binh soldiers’ families

Among those visited were 96-year-old Heroic Vietnamese Mother Nguyen Thi Meng in Cu Yen commune, Luong Son district, whose only son was killed during the war in 1972, 87-year-old Nguyen Thi Lam in Hoa Binh city’s Phuong Lam district, and wounded soldier Nguyen Ba Duong in Tan Thinh district, Hoa Binh city.

The same day, at a working session with the provincial authorities, Dam said the province should uphold its internal strength to promote socio-economic development and quickly implement the Resolution of the 11 th National Party Congress, as well as measures to curb inflation, stabilise the macro-economy and ensure social welfare in the locality./.
