She urged the city authorities to improve the quality of education and training, taking families as a crucial factor in educating students.
The same day, Vice President Doan called on Nguyen Ngoc Ky, a prominent teacher with paralysed arms, who has triumphed over destiny to become the first author using his feet to write in Vietnam.-VNA
