Vietnam accepts vaccine passports from 72 countries, territories
Vietnam is temporarily accepting the vaccination certificates, otherwise known as “vaccine passports”, from 72 countries and territories worldwide recommended to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs via representatives.
To ensure the implementation of the dual goals of pandemic prevention and economic development, Vietnamese authorities are working for the early deployment of vaccine passports and adjusting regulations on entry and exit, creating more favourable conditions for foreign experts, workers and investors to enter the nation.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has tasked the Foreign Ministry with joining the Health Ministry and other relevant ministries and authorities in working with authorities of countries of ASEAN, the EU, the US, China, Japan, Republic of Korea and other countries in the world for the mutual recognition of the “vaccine passport”.
