Vietnam Airlines to launch Da Nang – Shanghai service

Hanoi (VNA) – National flag carrier Vietnam Airlines will launch a service between Da Nang city incentral Vietnam and China’s Shanghaion January 19, 2020.

The flightwill take off from Da Nang at17:55 and depart from Shanghai at 23:20 (local time) on Thursdays and Sundays,the airline said on December26. It will be operated on Airbus 321 aircraft with four-star services.

It is thecarrier’s 19th route linking Vietnam and China.

On theoccasion, Vietnam Airlines will launch a promotion programme with round trip airfares starting from 227USD (about 5.27 million VND) (exclusive of taxes and fees) on this route. Thepromotional rate is applicable for all bookings from December 30, 2019 toJanuary 31, 2020 for travel from January 19 to March 28, 2020.

Tickets willbe available on the airline’s official website at www.vietnamairlines.com,mobile application and booking agents across the country.

Last month,Vietnam Airlines opened two new routes from Hanoi and Ho ChiMinh City to China’s Shenzhen to meet the rising air travel demand

These new routes will not only connect Vietnam with China’s economic hubs but alsoenable travellers to explore attractive domestic destinations in both Vietnamand China./.
