Addressing the function, Charge d’Affaires Pham Thi Ngoc Bich highlighted achievements of the Vietnam People’s Army in the cause of national protection and construction over the past 67 years.
Head of the Vietnam Defence Attache Office in Russia Colonel Vu Van Xim said together with the Embassy, the Vietnamese people’s association and the Vietnamese community in Russia , the Defence Attache Office always do their best to foster the friendship as well as the strategic partnership between Vietnam and Russia .
Earlier, Vietnamese students from universities and Vietnamese companies in Russia also organised art performance to mark the Army Day./.
