Vietnam attends Brazilian Labour Party’s congress

The Vietnamese delegation led by Le Huu Nghia, member of the CPV Central Committee and President of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration, conveyed congratulatory messages from CPVCC and Party General Secretary, Nong Duc Manh, to the congress and the PT’s new leader, respectively.

While in Brazil , the delegation was received by Brazilian President Lula da Silva and PT President Jose Eduardo Dutra and held meetings with other PT leaders and international delegations to the congress.

PT leaders highlighted the achievements recorded by the Vietnamese Party and people in the renewal process and expressed the hope to further friendship and cooperation between the two parties and peoples./.
