Vietnamese Ambassador to Belgium and Luxemburg Nguyen Manh Dung has visited the Belgian famous Catholic University of Leuven and inaugurated an exhibition on water urban scenery of the Mekong delta city of Can Tho.
At his meeting with the university leaders on May 26, ambassador Dung highlighted Vietnam’s achievements, particularly in tertiary education and training in the country and overseas.
He expressed thanks for Belgium’s help, especially Leuven university, in providing training for Vietnamese students and postgraduates in various majors as well as in practical studies on urban and rural planning in Vietnamese localities.
The Leuven university under the Belgian government’s support arranged postgraduates to Vietnam for internship every year./.
