The exchange, the 14th of its kind, took place in Hanoi, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh and Ho Chi Minh City, during which Vietnamese and Chinese youngsters explored the history, culture, politics and socio-economy of each country.
They joined a number of conferences on different topics, including career start-up, young people and the preservation of traditional cultural values, and voluntary movements.
They also attended a gala night in the port city of Hai Phong and visited some landscapes, historical sites and trade village in the localities.
The 100-member Chinese delegation, led by Lou Mei, Secretary of the Youth League of China, was also received by leaders of the Party and State.
The annual event aimed to teach the youngsters of both countries the traditional friendship between the two Parties, States and peoples, thus promoting their responsibility in preserving and fostering the Vietnam-China comprehensive strategic partnership.
The exchange was also a good chance for them to swap experiences in organising youth union activities.-VNA
