Foreign Ministry Deputy Spokesperson Pham Thu Hang (Source: VNA) Vietnam strongly criticises extreme and hostile allegations of opportunists who are deliberately distorting history and tainting the friendship neighbourliness, solidarity and cooperation between Vietnam and Cambodia.
Foreign Ministry Deputy Spokesperson Pham Thu Hang made the statement on October 1 while answering reporter queries on Vietnam’s response to an article written by a direct advisor to Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen on the Rasmei Kampuchea Daily.
The article contained several contents that twisted history and provoked territorial border-related issues.-VNA
