Vietnam, DPR Korea boost military ties

Democratic People’s Republic of Korea , General Pak Jae Kyong in
Hanoi on March 24.
Thanh welcomed the visit by General Pak
Jae Kyong, which he said would contribute to promoting the traditional
friendship between the two countries and two armed forces.
The
visiting general informed his host of the results of his talks with his
Vietnamese counterpart, Lieutenant General Nguyen Chi Vinh, during which
the two sides discussed international and regional issues and bilateral
ties, for peace, stability and development in the region and the world.
Earlier, General Pak Jae Kyong and his entourage laid a wreath
at President Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, and visited the army-run telecom
group, Viettel, and Ha Long Bay./.
