Vietnam Expo 2019 to draw 500 businesses

As many as 500 enterprises from 23 countries and territories are expected to participate in the Vietnam International Trade Fair (Vietnam Expo 2019), scheduled to take place in Hanoi from April 10 to 13.

Hanoi (VNA) – As many as 500enterprises from 23 countries and territories are expected to participate inthe Vietnam International Trade Fair (Vietnam Expo 2019), scheduled to takeplace in Hanoi from April 10 to 13.

The event will feature 600 pavilions, includingfive from Algeria, Cuba, Indonesia, the Republic of Korea, and China, accordingto the Vietnam National Trade Fair & Advertising Company (Vinexad).

There will be a special display area of creativeand high-quality products from 15 local trade promotion centres.

A number of sidelines activities will be held aspart of the fair such as a workshop on investment promotion for industrialdevelopment, a training programme about online sales on Amazon, and aconference on the trade of electronic products and information technology.-VNA

Quang Tri province mobilises resources for fisheries infrastructure

The provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to prepare an investment proposal for upgrading and expanding the Con Co storm shelter in Con Co special zone.
