The total investment of 58 billion VND (around 3.2 million USD) for the construction comes from the Vietnamese government’s non-refundable aids.
The 950-sq-metre centre includes an administrative and technical section, a document storage facility, and supporting facilities. It is expected to be completed by December 2010./.
