During the session, the two sides shared their respective country's policies and regulations on digital communications as well as experience in handling violations, and solutions to healthily promote cyberspace development.

To further bolster the Vietnam-India comprehensive strategic partnership, the ministers agreed to step up communication work and support for press agencies to increase coverage on each other’s development, thereby improving mutual understanding.

The two countries are set to arrange a myriad of activities, including the exchange of delegations of reporters to commemorate the 50th founding anniversary of diplomatic ties next year.

Workshops sharing experience in digital transformation in journalism and broadcasting, social network management and fighting fake news will also be organised./.
