Vietnam, India strengthen military cooperation

Lieut. Gen. Tran Quang Khue, Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army, stated this while receiving Lieut. Gen. Sumer Singh, general director of the Planning Department of the Indian Army in Hanoi on Nov. 28.

Lieut. Gen. Khue applauded the results of the earlier working session between the Planning Department of the Indian Army and the Military Strategy Institute of Vietnam.

Lieut. Gen. Sumer Singh thanked Lieut. Gen. Khue for his reception and said that he was delighted at the results of his visit./.
