Vietnam, Indonesia cooperate in trans-national crime fight

cooperation in preventing and combating trans-national crime.
The agreement is an important step in furthering the implementation of an MOU on the matter signed between the two governments in 2005, Minster Le Hong Anh, who visited Indonesia from Aug 2-6, said at the signing ceremony.
He also asked responsible agencies on both sides to set up a joint working group to review the implementation of the agreement as well as create a yearly work plan.
General Bambang Hendaso Danuri affirmed that POLRI will cooperate closely with Vietnam ’s police in order to create a safe and secure area to ensure peace and stability for development and prosperity./.
