Vietnam, Indonesia tighten defense cooperation

Deputy Minister Vinh spoke highly of the Indonesian outgoing military official’s contributions to the promotion of friendship and multi-dimensional cooperation between the two countries’ armies.
Angkasa Dipua said he hopes the two armies will boost their defense cooperation in such specific fields as rescue drills and join patrols at sea. The same day, Vinh received Indonesia’s new military attaché to Vietnam Susilo Adi Puwantoro.-VNA
