The fourth Vietnam international book fair kicked off in Hanoi on September 17, with 82 foreign and domestic publishers, printers and distributors taking part.

Addressing the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Do Quy Doan said with 160 pavilions, the event offers the participants a chance to introduce new products and expand cooperation.

The 400sq. m exhibition area showcases books and publications featuring the achievements made by Vietnam ’s book publishing, printing and distribution sectors over the past 60 years.

During the five-day event, many publications with discounts are offered. Other activities like seminars and exchanges with popular authors and publishers will also be held.-VNA
