The Philippines rose one step to become the world's No 129 and took the lead in the Southeast Asian region, followed by Vietnam and Myanmar , in 141st place.
In Asia, Vietnam held the 19th position. The top three spots belonged to Iran , Japan and the Republic of Korea .
The world's leading 45 positions remained unchanged, with Germany taking the lead. The second and third places went to Argentina and Colombia , respectively.-VNA
