Laos on Sept. 20 signed a minute on cooperation in research for
scientific projects in the 2011-2013 period.

Under the arrangement, the two academies agreed to research the project on building the law-governed state in developing the socialist-oriented market economy in each country.
The two sides will carry out the project with close coordination in exchanging research results.
The Ho Chi Minh National Politics and Administration Academy will help train cadres of the Lao National Politics and Administration Academy in scientific research.
The project will be carried out from September this year until June, 2013./.
