The website for the 132nd General Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary
Union (IPU-132), which Vietnam is hosting in 2015, was launched on
October 6.
Written in Vietnamese, English and French, the website www.ipu132vietnam.vn aims to provide information on the IPU-132 and serve as a communications channel between the Organising Board, the Association of Secretaries General of Parliaments, and member states.
It publishes working schedules, agendas and supporting documents as well as news, photographs and videos.
Maps, tourist information, hotels and restaurants are also posted on the website.
The IPU-132 is scheduled for March 2015 in Hanoi, with the participation of more than 1,300 delegates from 160 countries and territories.-VNA
