Vietnam logs 528 new COVID-19 cases on December 8
The national COVID-19 caseload rose to 11,519,539 with 528 new cases recorded on December 8, the highest daily count for the past six days, according to the Ministry of Health.
Vaccination against COVID-19 (Source: VNA)With 113 patients given the all-clear during the day, the number of recoveries rose to 10,609,370.
Meanwhile, there are 69 patients needing breathing support.
No death from COVID-19 was recorded in the past 24 hours. The total fatalities stood at 43,178.
With 14,788 doses administered on December 7, the total number of doses of COVID-19 vaccines injected rose to 264,805,830./.
