The same day, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc extended congratulations to his counterpart Benjamin Netanyahu.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also cabled a congratulatory message to Acting Foreign Minister of Israel Yisrael Katz. –VNA
