Tran Van Vu of Vietnam scored a double while Jaelani Ladjanibi and captain Caisa Octavianus of Indonesia scored successive goals in the 31st and 32nd minutes to level the count.
The finals saw Thailand easily defending their title by defeating Australia, 6-0, for their 10th victory in the regional championships.-VNA
