Atrapalo said among the top 10 destinations for Spanish travelers, six were in Asia. Besides Vietnam, Thailand, Jordan, Japan, China and Indonesia were in the list.
The US and India came in second and third in the top 10.
In the first 10 months of this year, Vietnam welcomed nearly 34,200 Spanish visitors, up 24 percent from the same period last year, according to statistics of Vietnam’s General Statistics Office.
The figure for 2013 was nearly 33,200, an increase of 6 percent from the year before.-VNA
