Meeting the new Russian Ambassador in Hanoi on March 23, he stated that fostering that friendship and partnership with Russia is one of the priorities in Vietnam’s foreign policy.
The Party leader expressed his delight at the progress in the Vietnam-Russia relationship in all fields.
He wished the diplomat a successful working tenure in Vietnam, contributing to further fostering the friendship and all-round cooperation between the two countries for mutual benefits.
On his part, Ambassador Vnukov vowed that he will do his utmost to make contributions to the growth of the Vietnam-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership.-VNA
