The pavilion, at the celebration of the 70 th founding anniversary of the Department of Foreign Trade under the Thai Ministry of Commerce, attracted many guests not only from Thailand but also other countries.
All the ten ASEAN member countries had their own pavilions at the celebration ceremony, which took the theme of “An ASEAN Economic Community changes the world”.
Thailand ’s trade minister, Boonsong Teriyapirom, said the event is part of his country’s preparations for the establishment of the ASEAN Economic Community by 2015./.
